Learning objects are all possible materials that teachers and students can use for tutorial purposes. Electronic learning objects can be used if one has access to computers and Internet. Learning objects can be work sheets, tests, drawings, schemes, animations and models etc – all objects that can be of major help to teachers when they compile the educational materials themselves.
Learning Objects Repository is a place where learning objects are maintained. Most of the electronic learning objects in Estonian are available today at:

For quicker access and search, the learning objects are provided with characteristics that make search easier (subject, theme, age group etc).
All-European Learning Objects Repository Network is planned by 2008, this enables teachers search learning objects also from the repositories of other countries.
